Connect OneSignal to Rey after you have created your OneSignal app and configured at least one push platform.

Find your OneSignal App ID

In OneSignal, open your app and go to Settings → Keys & IDs. Copy the OneSignal App ID. The App ID identifies your OneSignal app and is the only OneSignal credential Rey needs.
You do not need to enter a OneSignal REST API Key in Rey. Keep any REST API keys inside OneSignal or other secure server-side systems.

Add the App ID in Rey

1

Open the OneSignal integration

In your Rey app, open App settings → Integrations → OneSignal.
2

Paste the App ID

Paste the value from OneSignal → Settings → Keys & IDs → OneSignal App ID into the App ID field.
3

Save the integration

Save your settings. Rey will initialize OneSignal in your native iOS and Android app builds.
4

Test on a device

Publish or install a native build, open it on a real device, allow notification permission when asked, and confirm the device appears in OneSignal’s audience.
Use the same OneSignal App ID for the iOS and Android versions of a Rey app when they share the same OneSignal project.
